What Information We Collect About You

Information You Provide to Everle. When you interact with us via our website or use our Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below.

When You Visit Our Websites. We collect Personal Data from you when you submit web forms or interact with our websites, for example requesting more information, subscribing to our Services or requesting customer support. We may ask for your email address, first and last name, and other similar business information. You are free to explore some of our website without providing any Personal Data about yourself.

Account and User Information. We may collect Personal Data when our Services require you to sign-up for an account, or permit you to create or modify user information, set preferences, or provide any other related information to access or utilize our Services.

To Market and Promote the Services. We use the information you provide to Everle to market and promote the products and services. For example, we use the information, like your email, to send information which we think may be of interest to you. We may also reach out to you to ask about other Everle products or services you may be interested in.

To Communicate with You About the Services. We use the data you provide to Everle when signing up for the Services to contact you about billing, other administrative matters, and security incidents. We also use your information to provide customer support, such as resolving technical issues you encounter and analyzing product outages or bugs.

To Provide the Service. We use your account information and Customer Data to provide the product and services to you. For example, we use the email address you provide when signing up for the product to create your user account, and we use your payment information to process payments for paid use of the Service. Services Providers

We reserve the right to use or disclose your Personal Data if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.

How We Transfer Data We Collect Internationally

International Transfers to Third Parties

Some of the third parties described in this Privacy Policy, which provide services to us under contract, are based in other countries that may not have equivalent privacy and data protection laws to the country in which you reside. Child Safety and Protection from Exploitation

everle™ is deeply committed to protecting the safety and dignity of all users, especially minors. While we do not collect or verify users’ age directly at sign-up, Everle is intended solely for individuals aged 17 and older. By using Everle, users affirm that they meet this age requirement.

Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Everle enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, and the solicitation of minors. We prohibit the sharing or discussion of any material or behavior that endangers or exploits children in any form.

When such content or behavior is reported or detected:

The material is immediately removed.
The offending account(s) are permanently banned.
Where legally required, we report incidents to appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

We utilize user reporting tools, manual moderation, and internal protocols to detect and respond to potential abuse swiftly and responsibly.

Limited Data Collection and Privacy by Design

everle does not collect sensitive personal information, including age or date of birth. We do not display follower counts, allow unsolicited messaging, or support algorithmic profiling. This intentional design helps reduce exposure to predatory behavior, addictive feedback loops, or behavioral exploitation.

Although we do not verify user age, we will take appropriate action to disable access and remove content if we become aware that a user is underage or engaged in behavior that violates our child safety standards.

Reporting and Enforcement

All users have access to in-app reporting tools to flag inappropriate content or behavior. Reports involving child safety concerns are prioritized and escalated for immediate review. Our moderation team is trained to identify signs of abuse or exploitation and act in accordance with Everle’s internal policies and legal obligations.
